Yes. We understand that some customers may have allergies. So, we will try our best to accommodate requests for changes or exclusions to ingredients.

However, please be aware that there is no guarantee that the mystery scoops will be completely free of any specific allergen. These are pre-packaged and cannot be altered. Unfortunately for our color bundles, we do not allow any changes or exclusions.

Orders may take up to 3-5 days to ship. So, we appreciate your patience and try to get orders out as fast as possible.

We're sorry the order you received was not to your satisfaction, but we can only issue refunds for orders that have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to issue a refund as we cannot resell used or handled items.
